• Purchase Order required.
• No substitution of different ISBNs or titles without prior approval and notification.
• Delayed billing if available.
• Cancel Backorders per instructions on Purchase Order.
• Notify if Out-of-Print, Old Edition or Out-of-Stock ASAP.
• If the need for expedited shipping is caused by the vendor, it will be the vendor’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges.
• Advanced Shipping Notice requested if available on shipments of 1000 lbs. or more.
• Changes in item cost differing from Purchase Order acknowledgements must be authorized.

General Merchandise for resale

• Purchase Order Required.
• If the need for expedited shipping is caused by the vendor it will be the vendor’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges.
• Advanced Shipping Notice requested if available on shipments of 1000 lbs. or more.
• Do not fill order after cancellation date without prior authorization.

General Merchandise or Supplies – not for resale

• Purchase Order required.
• If the need for expedited shipping is caused by the vendor, it will be the vendor’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges.
• Advanced Shipping Notice requested if available on shipments of 1000 lbs. or more-Do not fill order after cancellation date without prior authorization.
• Purchase Order number is required on the outside of all shipping containers.
• Seller must notify Follett, in writing, within 24-hours of P.O. acceptance, if shipment is delayed.
• A 2% discount will be applied to all late shipments.
• Print overruns are accepted at no additional charge to Follett.
