Follett Higher Education Group Appoints Daniel Green as New Chief Product Officer
Proven EdTech Leader to Drive Product Strategy and Digital Operations across the Course Materials Business.
WESTCHESTER, IL, Jun 6, 2023 – Follett Higher Education Group, North America’s leading provider of campus retail and course material solutions, announced the recent appointment of Daniel Green as Chief Product Officer. In this newly created role, Green will lead product management and engineering teams across Follett’s course materials business, including Willo Labs. He will also be responsible for digital operations, including academic integrations, and Inclusive and Equitable Access implementations and support.
Previously, Green was Vice President of Product Management at Nearpod, a cutting-edge, interactive classroom tool used by more than 1.2 million teachers annually. Under his leadership, Nearpod engaged more than 1.2 million teachers per year and achieved a 200%+ increase in annual recurring revenue. Prior to Nearpod, Green led product and engineering teams at VitalSource, where his achievements include integrating campus store tools into VitalSource’s product offerings and leading the development of platforms to help campuses launch and scale Inclusive and Equitable Access.
