The Foundation is funded by contributions from team members, like you, who sign-up to contribute through payroll deduction. Bi-weekly contributions start as low as $1 per pay period and can be started and stopped at any time. If you can help, please follow the instructions below. Your generosity will make a difference in the life of a fellow team member facing an unexpected financial hardship.

The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Payroll contributions made to the Foundation will be summarized and appear on your year-end W-2 statement and can be used for your tax filings.

If you would like to make a one-time or lump sum donation, mail your contribution check payable to the "Follett Team Member Foundation" to:

For your safety and security, Follett team members should sign into ESS and click the "Contribute" tile to select a per-pay-period payroll deduction amount.
