Our Mission

The Follett Team Member Foundation was created to provide financial assistance to team members during crisis situations such as natural disasters (floods, wildfires, hurricanes, etc.), house fires and medical emergencies/catastrophes. Modeled after the existing Baker & Taylor Foundation, we're expanding the scope to cover the entire Follett Enterprise. The Follett Foundation has one specific goal - to support our fellow team members during times when they need it most.

The Foundation is funded by a seed grant from Follett Corporation and ongoing contributions from fellow team members, like you, who sign-up to contribute through payroll deduction. Just like family, we can be there when fellow team members need us most. With your ongoing support, we will provide team members in crisis a helping hand and provide assistance today and hope for tomorrow.
